Miki’s Story…

As my family started growing, I began noticing that my kids weren’t like all the other kids. They didn’t hit all of their milestones, and struggled with homework, crippling anxiety, sensory issues, learning difficulties, etc. On the other hand, they were incredibly smart, creative, artistic, kind, and very sensitive to others.

It took a long time for me to recognize ADHD in my son, and even longer in my daughters. I have spent the last 10 years learning about ADHD and how it can manifest in those around me and especially in my children.

I decided to go back to school to become an ADHD coach so I can help others who are in the same boat as me and my family. My goal is to help you walk through your diagnosis or the diagnosis of your child and be a partner as you learn about your brain’s unique wiring, set goals, and prioritize what is important both personally and professionally.
